1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by TimePrint. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

TimePrint offers consultancy services in time registration compliance. Our services include assessment, implementation, training and ongoing support.

All quotes are non-binding unless otherwise stated. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation from both parties.

Payment terms are stated in the quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

TimePrint strives to deliver quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount of the agreement.

Both parties commit to keeping confidential information secret. This obligation continues after termination of the agreement.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
